Cash stuck in receivables
Payments delayed by 30-90 days leave working capital trapped in unpaid invoices.
Fintech platform for Indian businesses
Turn unpaid invoices into working capital in seconds. InvoiceIQ combines invoicing, instant financing, AI risk checks, and cash flow intelligence in one GST-native platform.
Based on invoice value, buyer credibility, and payment history.
The problem
Most small businesses do the work now and get paid weeks later. That gap creates pressure across payroll, vendors, inventory, and day-to-day operations.
Payments delayed by 30-90 days leave working capital trapped in unpaid invoices.
Salaries, vendors, and inventory still need to be paid even when customers are late.
Teams juggle spreadsheets, reminders, invoice follow-ups, and disconnected finance tools.
Without live cash flow intelligence, businesses react late and miss growth opportunities.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of InvoiceIQ's websites, applications, APIs, and services (the "Service"). By creating an account, requesting a demo, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
InvoiceIQ is for businesses and authorized business users. You must be at least 18 years old and have authority to bind the business you represent. You are responsible for ensuring that users you invite comply with these Terms.
InvoiceIQ provides business software for invoicing, estimates, client management, reminders, recurring invoices, payments, cash-flow visibility, GST-oriented workflows, compliance previews, audit trails, plan management, and invoice-financing related workflows.
Some features may be in beta, limited release, sandbox mode, manual review, or dependent on third-party providers. We may add, modify, pause, or discontinue features as the product develops.
InvoiceIQ may help you request, evaluate, or manage invoice-financing workflows. Eligibility scores, risk indicators, available limits, estimated fees, and funding offers are informational until expressly approved by InvoiceIQ or an authorized financing partner.
InvoiceIQ may provide GST calculations, GSTIN validation, e-invoice or e-way bill previews, compliance status, GSTR-1 draft summaries, and related audit records. These tools help with workflow and record preparation, but they are not a substitute for professional tax, legal, accounting, or statutory advice.
Unless a live provider integration expressly confirms successful submission, previews and payload snapshots do not mean a statutory filing or government submission has been completed. You are responsible for reviewing outputs and ensuring all filings, invoices, taxes, and records comply with applicable law.
You retain ownership of business data, invoice content, client records, and other content you submit. You grant InvoiceIQ a limited right to host, process, transmit, display, analyze, and use that content as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the Service, comply with law, and operate payment, compliance, and financing workflows you request.
The Service may integrate with payment gateways, email providers, hosting providers, GST/compliance providers, verification providers, and financing partners. Their services may be governed by their own terms and policies. InvoiceIQ is not responsible for third-party outages, decisions, delays, fees, or errors outside our reasonable control.
InvoiceIQ and its software, design, workflows, branding, content, product names, and technology are owned by InvoiceIQ or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you. You may use the Service only as permitted by these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk for InvoiceIQ or others, fail to pay amounts due, submit misleading information, misuse financing or payment workflows, or if required by law or a provider. You may stop using the Service at any time, but some records may be retained as described in our Privacy Policy.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free outputs, guaranteed funding, tax filing success, buyer payment, cash-flow outcomes, or business results. Product insights, scores, forecasts, and compliance suggestions are decision-support tools and should be independently reviewed.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, InvoiceIQ will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or loss-of-profit damages, or for losses caused by inaccurate user data, third-party providers, customer non-payment, financing decisions, tax filings, or unauthorized account use. Our total liability for claims relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to InvoiceIQ for the Service in the three months before the claim, or INR 5,000 if you used a free plan.
You agree to defend and indemnify InvoiceIQ from claims, losses, penalties, costs, and expenses arising from your data, invoices, tax or compliance filings, funding requests, misuse of the Service, violation of these Terms, or violation of law or third-party rights.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India with competent jurisdiction will have authority over disputes, unless a separate written agreement with InvoiceIQ states otherwise.
We may update these Terms as InvoiceIQ evolves. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify users through the website, product, or email. Continued use of the Service after the updated Terms take effect means you accept the changes.
